You may already know where I'm headed with this article. If you guessed that the strategy I'm about to share with you centered around the concept of viral marketing, then you're correct.
But I'm also going to share a few things with you that you may have never known about before. When you give away a free ebook, maybe ten to twenty pages in length, and allow others to give it away as well, you have created your own viral marketing campaign.
But how do you use this viral marketing campaign to develop a month-in, month-out, residual income?
There are two easy steps to making this happen:
1. Write your short ebook about a simple Internet Marketing "formula" that is easy to apply.
For example, you could write about a creative way to use Google Adwords for massive online profits. Or a new method for success with affiliate marketing.
2. Integrate an online residual income opportunity into your free ebook. You could reveal to your readers a proven method for success with Adwords, and then tell them how much more profitable they could be by signing up for your residual income (in many cases network marketing) opportunity.
In order to develop your income, you could allow people to brand the free ebook with their own links. If they signed up for the residual income opportunity, great. If not, then the next time the ebook is given away, an even greater number of people will be exposed to the opportunity, thus giving you even more potential for profit.
Here is a sample formula: Use Google Adwords to direct surfers to a newsletter sign-up page. After subscribing (or not), visitors are directed toward a merchant site that you earn affiliate commission from every time a sale is made.
Newsletter subscribers receive your e-mail autoresponder about an Internet marketing concept, where you then develop a residual income stream every time someone signs up through that autoresponder.
You can expand on this formula, or create one of your own. It doesn't have to be more than ten to fifteen pages long, and once you give someone an incentive to give this free ebook away, you can begin earning residual income for life!
